Hey, my name is Josh Warner, and I am the founder of Battle Wool.
Battle Wool originally started because some friends and family wanted a wool cloak that was both functional and affordable. A wool cloak that was less for aesthetics and more focused on functionality in the field whether that is bushcraft, hunting, or just spending time in the woods.
The initial cloaks I developed were received well and I thought that maybe there would be other outdoor enthusiasts who could also use a functional, affordable, and versatile wool cloak. This thought manifested itself as Battle Wool. Now I am offering two styles of cloak that I created made from military wool blankets and hope to continue to provide new and innovative outdoor wear using wool.
